Adult Studies at Hiram College

For thirty years, Hiram College has been a pioneer in adult education. Hiram was the first college in Northeast Ohio to offer weekend courses, and we recently introduced a graduate degree in interdisciplinary studies. Summer 2007

Hiram offers undergraduate and graduate courses during the summer for both degree-seeking and transient students.

Summer undergraduate courses (see complete listing) are available through the Weekend College. Graduate courses, including summer courses for professional educators, are available through the Office of Graduate Studies.

Weekend College Students

Hiram's quality undergraduate programs for adult students, with classes held every other weekend. Students can finish a degree started elsewhere or begin their college career and finish in four years. Over 300 adult learners are enrolled in the program each year.

Graduate Students

Hiram College offers a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, an innovative, challenging, and flexible graduate program. Students take classes on alternate weekends during the academic year and may also take courses during the summer.
